Position: Repair Studio Assistant - 40 hours per week + bonus
Location: Samsonite Store, 285 Oxford St, London W1C 2DW

Responsibilities

• Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
• Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
• Perform efficient and high-quality repairs.
• Maintain a net and organised workspace.
• Stay up-to-date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies
• Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message.

Skills Required
Qualifications for Internal Candidates

• Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos
• Repairs experience in general, or a propensity to learn the trade
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous experience in retail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player and motivator
• Organisational skills
• Good command of English
• Flexibility
• Frequent local travel between stores and hotels within London
