Job Description
Position: Repair Studio Assistant - 40 hours per week + bonus
Location: Samsonite Store, 285 Oxford St, London W1C 2DW
Availability: November 2025
Repair Studio Assistant

Responsibilities
- Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
- Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
- Perform efficient and high-quality repairs.
- Maintain a net and organised workspace.
- Stay up-to-date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies
- Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message.
Skills Required
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
- Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos
- Repairs experience in general, or a propensity to learn the trade
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in retail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player and motivator
- Organisational skills
- Good command of English
- Flexibility
- Frequent local travel between stores and hotels within London
