An East London design studio is looking for an
organised, proactive, and switched-on Studio Assistant
to join their creative team.

This is a fantastic
entry-level opportunity
for someone who loves the world of design and wants to be right at the heart of a busy, inspiring studio - keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming space for clients and collaborators.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Keep the studio tidy, organised, and running like clockwork
  • Be the friendly, professional face of the studio for visiting clients and guests
  • Support with project admin and general coordination
  • Anticipate needs, spot what's coming next, and keep everything one step ahead
  • Help foster a positive, creative, and productive environment

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, enthusiastic, and thrives in a creative setting
  • Has a "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Is naturally proactive and enjoys being the go-to person for the team
  • Has a passion for design - you love being part of the creative world, even if you don't want to be "on the tools" yourself

This role would suit someone who's curious about
graphic design and branding
, enjoys variety, and finds satisfaction in keeping a team supported and a studio running seamlessly.
