Studio Assistant – Permanent / Full Time
Reports To: People & Culture Manager / Operations Co-ordinator

The role
We're looking for an organised, positive and proactive Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our studio. This is an entry-level, full-time position, perfect for someone with a genuine interest in architecture and design and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Support
- Maintain the daily running and organisation of the studio (clearing out spaces, archiving, managing internal documents and files).
- Reception duties and cover - 3 days per week – preferably Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with additional cover required occasionally.
- General administrative support to the studio team – internal mail, answering phone calls, answering studio queries.
- Keeping stock counts of supplies, ensuring stock is maintained on floors and in shared kitchen area.
- Work closely with and support Operations Coordinator with tasks including (but not limited to): marketing, social media, presentation documents, internal and external studio events, external networking events, organising travel arrangements, relevant project award tracking and submissions.
- Assist with updates to internal platforms and Veretec website.
- Assist with maintaining several internal trackers: receipts, meeting schedules, onboarding, supplies, business development and budgets.
- Assist with onboarding new staff members and ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an enjoyable and pleasant studio environment.
- Assist with document control.
- Assist Graphics and Marketing teams in updating project data, visuals for business information and marketing activity schedules.
- Provide research support on a wide range of projects.
Executive Assistant Duties
- Maintain Directors diaries, scheduling meetings by request and arranging bookings for meetings with clients.
- Coordinate internal team meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
- Organise and book travel arrangements.
- Prepare the studio for client meetings.
- Assist with client care and entertainment.
About You
- Positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident in juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Calm under pressure.
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Genuinely interested in architecture and design / creative world.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 platforms: Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Experience in using the Adobe Suite nice to have.
- An understanding of document control and project information platforms.
