About the Role
We're building the future of marketing—where intelligent agents drive personalized, scalable, and measurable impact. As a Manager in our Agent Training & Knowledge Systems team, you'll be at the heart of this transformation, helping shape how AI agents learn, evolve, and deliver value across our marketing ecosystem.
This is not traditional martech development. Outputs are unique, and the process is dynamic. You'll lead the charge in translating business needs into actionable training workflows, ensuring our agents are not just functional—but exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agent Training Lifecycle:
Own the full training cycle—from development to internal deployment—working closely with engineers and brand team/ SMEs to ensure agents are trained on the right data, logic, and behaviors
Drive Training Timelines:
Manage and deliver against aggressive training schedules, ensuring agents are ready to support key marketing initiatives on time.
Curate and Manage Knowledge Bases:
Build and maintain centralized repositories of training data, documentation, and reference materials. Ensure developers have seamless access to what they need, when they need it.
Manage External Training Partners:
Oversee relationships with outside consultants and vendors contributing to agent training and knowledge development.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead recurring syncs between TPMs, developers, and subject matter experts to align on training goals, blockers, and breakthroughs.
Key Skills:
Project management: preferably Agile training methodology such as Jira but also tooling such as
Stakeholder management: Understanding how to shape complex technical narratives for different stakeholders.
Training and change management: Capability to develop training plans, manage end user adoption and support organizational change.
Leadership and Team co-ordination: Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams, foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Technical proficiency: A strong understanding of AI concepts including Machine Learning, deep learning and NLP, data processing and model training.
