Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support our operations team. This role involves managing stock, coordinating shipments, overseeing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Key Responsibilities

· Stock Management:

o Check stock in and out.

o Perform regular stock counts and audits.

o Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock promptly.

· Shipping Coordination:

o Prepare and create shipments for both domestic and international delivery.

o Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping requirements.

· Travel Coordination:

o Arrange travel in line with agreed company policies.

o Ensure timely and cost-effective bookings for staff travel needs.

· Fleet Management:

o Oversee the management of a small fleet of vans.

o Schedule maintenance, track usage, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

· Office Facilities & Sundries:

o Maintain office supplies and sundries stock.

o Assist with general office tasks as needed.

· Security & Key Holder Duties:

o Secure the office at the end of the day as a designated key holder.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
