**Job Purpose**

The role is to support and co-ordinate multiple work streams within the supply chain team, working with all areas including operations, transport, inventory & customer service.

**Principal accountabilities**
- Stock Allocations
- Managing new product rollout, ensuring system is set up correctly & relevant teams aware of the rollout
- Processing data to generate weekly performance reports
- Analysis on KPI’s to provide focus improvement areas
- Executing key administrative tasks to assist the Supply Chain Team
- Management of packaging - buying & regular benchmarking
- Liaising with depots to resolve any discrepancies between them
**Knowledge, skills, experience and competencies**
- Experience of food distribution
- Attention to Detail is Key
- Comfortable communicating through all available communication tools
- You find solutions to resolve problems with mínimal impact to internal and external stakeholders
- Like working in a fast paced constantly evolving environment
**Key relationships**
- Exec & Business Sponsors - able to challenge, call out risks
- Business unit (including IT) - able to drive best practice and buy-in across the business to use standard best practice and strong governance

‘Expectations to travel to all depots as and when required’.

‘45 hours (10 hours + 1 hour unpaid break)’.
