Factory Operative – Night Shift

Type: Permanent 

Hours: Full-time (48 hrs) – 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | Shift: 6pm – 6am

Salary: Starting at £29,176.42

Our salads thrive in cool conditions—just like our team. With average factory temps at 5°C, we provide all the gear you'll need to stay warm and comfortable, along with hot drinks and a great canteen to keep you fuelled.

We've got several key roles available on our day shift, each offering solid pay, long-term stability, and room to grow.
