As a Quality Assurance Administrator, your main role is to assist the Quality Team in maintaining and enhancing our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). You'll handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with our site procedures and external requirements. Your responsibilities also include supporting the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of our integrated FSMS and QMS to meet factory policies, GMP standards, hygiene standards, and pest control requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Administer various aspects of Quality Management Systems, including managing non-conformances & CAPAs, audit management, document control, risk management, supplier management, and handling customer complaints.
- Providing back-up support to the Quality Coach and Quality Coordinator and general Quality & Compliance team objectives.
- Assist in managing the site's audit process, including conducting site inspections and supporting internal audits conducted by the Quality Team.
- Assist in updating site procedures and ensuring their effective implementation.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Team, including organising meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Building and maintaining relationships with main Stakeholders in support of manufacturing and supply centre operations.
- Providing system support for the management of skills and personnel development as required.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Science or Maths.
- An engaged and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of quality management and compliance.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office systems.
- Ability to compile a letter/email to Internal and External stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with other teams on site.
- Positive engagement with a multidisciplinary team and different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable delivering results in line with the business needs.
