ABOUT THE COMPANY/ROLE
An established organisation within the
transport and travel sector
is hiring a
Fraud Commercial Insight Analyst
to focus on analysing travel and transactional data - all to identify and reduce fraudulent activity.
This position offers a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to make a tangible impact in reducing fraud and improving revenue protection across a large network.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse data from multiple sources to detect patterns and identify potential fraud
- Produce intelligence reports and briefings for Fraud Investigators
- Be a subject matter expert on fraud analysis and investigation methods
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support deployment plans for targeted fraud investigations
- Present insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, data manipulation)
- Proficiency with Power BI (Tableau also desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented and able to interpret complex data
- Background in fraud, commercial analysis, finance, revenue, or crime data analysis (1–4 years' experience, or an exceptional graduate)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in transport, retail, or public sector analytics
- Familiarity with loss prevention or revenue protection systems
