We are now looking for a Telesales Assistant / Call Centre Executive to join our growing team and support both inbound and outbound client communications.

Role Overview

The Telesales Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care, assisting potential and existing clients, booking appointments, and promoting the firm's services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential and existing clients in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on client enquiries, leads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide accurate information about the firm's services and direct calls to the appropriate department or solicitor.
  • Maintain client records and call logs using the firm's CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for solicitors.
  • Meet individual and team call targets and conversion goals.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's policies, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and client relations teams where needed.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with a professional tone.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
