About the Role

Adam Bernard Solicitors is seeking a confident and client-focused Telesales / Call Centre Representative to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our legal departments by booking consultations and generating new business leads.

This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, leads, or marketing campaigns.
  • Book appointments and consultations for fee earners and ensure all relevant details are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner at all times.
  • Manage call logs, update internal systems, and ensure CRM records are accurate.
  • Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, and web enquiries promptly.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, as required by the Business Development team.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Reception, and Legal teams to support smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet targets related to call handling, lead conversion, and response times.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and firm confidentiality policies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in telesales, call centre, customer service, or receptionist roles (legal experience preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Good IT skills, including CRM or case management systems (training provided).
  • Positive attitude with a client-focused approach.
