Overview

This company is looking for a driven, strategic, and commercially astute
Senior National Account Manager
to manage and grow their key UK retail accounts. In this influential role, you'll lead strategic partnerships across multiple channels, including Pureplay and bricks-and-mortar, bringing the Tilbury magic to life both in-store and online.

You'll sit within a fast-paced, supportive commercial team that operates with ambition, energy, and a shared passion for beauty innovation.

The Role

As
Senior National Account Manager
, you will:

  • Own and grow relationships with key retail accounts (e.g. Buying, Merchandising, Marketing teams)
  • Lead commercial negotiations around pricing, distribution, visibility, and in-store support
  • Drive retail performance through detailed forecasting, category planning, and assortment optimisation
  • Lead net sales forecasting and budget submissions for defined accounts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and deadlines
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver exceptional visibility and share of voice
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, VM, PR, and Store Design to bring launches and campaigns to life
  • Act as a mentor and support to National Account Managers, helping grow team capability and performance
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership within the commercial function

About You

This role is for you if you have:

  • Extensive experience in a
    Senior National Account Manager
    or
    National Account Manager
    role
  • A strong track record of managing commercial relationships and delivering growth in
    beauty, luxury, or fashion
    (open to similar industries)
  • A highly analytical, structured approach to retail performance and forecasting
  • Confidence in commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
  • A forward-thinking mindset that thrives in an entrepreneurial culture
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
  • Passion for beauty and an appreciation for Charlotte Tilbury's global brand and aesthetic
