About Eliza

Launched in January 2022, Eliza is the UK's fastest growing fashion and beauty social publisher in the UK. We produce creator-led social content that inspires women to shop the best of the high street. We are experts in creating viral video and our content is viewed 50million times a month across our core platforms – TikTok and Instagram. Our audience of Gen Z and Millennial women is highly engaged, while our roster of commercial clients are rapidly increasing.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Acting Editor to lead our team, responsible for producing best-in-class social content. With proven experience leading a fashion or beauty team, the Acting Editor will oversee all content creation and strategy across the brand, ensuring it meets audience and commercial requirements, while also starring in and hosting exciting and engaging content our Gen Z and Millennial audience will love.

Head of Creator Media

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day running of the Eliza channels, working closely with the Head of Creator Media, the Fashion and Beauty Director and Social Media Lead
  • Set the content agenda and production processes
  • Work closely with the commercial team to secure, plan and oversee partnerships
  • Manage monthly editorial targets and support on commercial targets to ensure they are met
  • Brief videographers on shot lists, edits and post-production, ensuring all content and edits are of the highest quality and on-brand
  • Star in and produce content for Eliza channels
  • Shoot styling
  • Represent Eliza at industry events

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience managing a team as an editor or similar
  • Comfortable on camera, styling and modelling a variety of clothes and makeup trends
  • Confident manager, presenter and presence on camera
  • Advanced knowledge of social media and be an active user on TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong ability to create entertaining commercial content for TikTok and Instagram
  • An excellent knowledge of the industry and an already-established contacts book of influencers, PRs and brands
  • Highly-organised, strong attention to detail and proactive approach
  • A passion for women's interest categories, particularly fashion and beauty
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team
