Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professional etiquette
- Organising meetings, appointments, and scheduling using organisational skills and calendar management tools
- Performing data entry tasks with high attention to detail using Microsoft Office
- Supporting team members with administrative duties including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Ensuring smooth communication within the organisation by managing phone etiquette and prompt responses
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment to optimise productivity
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient document processing
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken
