Chef de Partie – Pebble Beach & Little Pebbles

Pebble Beach is an award-winning restaurant with rooms, beautifully positioned in Barton on Sea, Hampshire, between Bournemouth and Southampton. Known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, creative menus, and exceptional standards, we're now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This exciting role spans both our main Pebble Beach kitchen and our sister restaurant, Little Pebbles. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work with a passionate team, and progress towards a more senior position in the future.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an ambitious, hardworking chef who is eager to learn and grow. Experience in a 2-Rosette kitchen would be an advantage, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for food, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Please note that the listed salary includes tronc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.

  • Organise and maintain your section, ensuring it's fully stocked and ready for service.

  • Deliver consistent food presentation and timing during busy service periods.

  • Adhere to all food hygiene, health, and safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation in line with EHO regulations.

  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (mininum 1 year experience)

  • Sound knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary terminology.

  • Ability to perform under pressure without compromising standards.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Great communication skills and a genuine team player.
