About You

You are an experienced Project Planner with a proven background in project scheduling, planning, and coordination. Detail-oriented and highly organised, you have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive better project outcomes. You're proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar, and confident working with MS Excel.

You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and can influence stakeholders at various levels. You thrive in a structured environment and enjoy contributing to continuous improvement across project delivery.

About the Role

In this 6-12-month renewable assignment, you will play a key role within the Separation Team, reporting to the PMO Lead. Your primary responsibility is to develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed project schedules that support the delivery of critical milestones.

You will:

  • Lead exit planning processes, ensuring programmes are realistic and deliver value.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive schedules, including timelines, critical paths, baselines, milestones, dependencies, and resource/cost allocation.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyse resource requirements and provide insights to PMO and Separation Leads.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and updates for Separation Governance.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
  • Maintain documentation including plans, changes, and lessons learned.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to Separation and Workstream Leads.
