Managing large scale Events up to 3000 attendeesHybrid 2/3 days on siteAbout Our ClientOur client is a respected organisation in their field, offering students the chance to gain practical experience, develop new skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and professional environment.Job DescriptionPlan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.Manage event budgets effectively while ensuring value and quality.Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and logistics.Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee seamless execution.Evaluate event success and provide detailed post-event reports.Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all events.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance event outcomes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Events Planner should have:Proven experience in planning and managing events large scale around 2000/3000 attendees .Strong organisational and project management skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Knowledge of event compliance, including health and safety regulations.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or within a team.What's on Offer9 Month Contract2/3 Days Hybrid£32000- £35,000If you are an experienced Events Planner looking to contribute to a respected organisation, we encourage you to apply today
