Town Planner - Senior Town Planner - SME Housebuilder

deverellsmith are delighted to have exclusively partnered with a multi award winning SME housebuilder to assist them with the expansion of their planning team. You will play a key role in supporting progressing sites through the planning system. This includesboth immediate and strategic sites engaging in Development Management and Planning Policy. Salary paying up to £55k + car allowance + bonus + benefits.

The role
- You will be supporting the Land and Planning team in identifying potential land opportunities.
- Engage with Local Planning Authorities, Landowners, project teams and local communities.

What you need
- ideally 3-5yrs (RTPI qualified or en route to RTPI Qualification)
- working in a planning role either within a consultancy, or client-side business.
- Excellent communicator, who is confident and able to work with internal teams.
- Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Drivers licence required.
