London, Greater London, United Kingdom Clermont Hotel Group Full time £30,000 - £50,000 per year

Clermont Hotel Group Central Support Office

Contract: Full Time

Payment: Salaried

Salary: On application

Clermont Hotel Group offers a rich and diverse portfolio for a range of guest needs, and helps employees forge lasting and successful careers in hospitality. An experienced hospitality company, we offer a warm, guest-centred experience - but we are, at our heart, a people company and strive to connect personally with our guests, partners, investors, and colleagues to create an extraordinary experience for all.

With over 4000 rooms, 100+ event spaces, plus stylish bars and restaurants, our hotels have plenty of space for everyone to meet, sleep, and dine. All kinds of extraordinary, for all kinds of people.

At Clermont Hotel Group, we know that extraordinary hospitality starts with extraordinary people. Our team is proud, passionate, and focused on creating moments that matter - not just for our guests, but for one another too.

We're now looking for a Benefits Advisor to join our Central Support HR team - a trusted specialist who'll help shape and deliver a seamless, people-first benefits experience for our colleagues across the business.

If you're organised, proactive, and have an eye for detail, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in how we support and reward our people every day.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Benefits Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employee benefits and payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently — helping our people understand, access, and make the most of the rewards available to them. Your days will be full of variety - from managing relationships with benefits providers and coordinating enrolments, to supporting payroll and HR reporting. You'll also be part of a collaborative team that's always looking for ways to enhance the colleague experience and make things work better for everyone.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programmes, including The Bar (Reward Gateway)
  • Acting as the first point of contact for benefits queries, supporting employees through each stage of their journey
  • Building strong relationships with our benefits partners and coordinating quarterly business reviews
  • Supporting open enrolment and benefits communications - including newsletters and internal roadshows
  • Assisting the HR team with accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Ensuring compliance with tax, payroll, and employment regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records, data integrity, and clear reporting across HR systems
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to improve processes, enhance communication, and drive efficiencies

You'll bring experience in benefits administration and payroll, with a genuine desire to deliver excellent internal service. You'll be organised, accurate, and able to juggle priorities while keeping a calm, positive approach.

You'll Also Have

  • Proven experience in benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and benefits platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to explain complex details clearly and confidently
  • A high level of accuracy, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/benefit management tools

What You'll Get In Return
As well as all the things you'd expect from us, such as great staff areas to recharge in, wholesome meals on duty, pension and healthcare schemes, we'll take care of you at every step of your journey so that you can take care of our guests.

In fact, we're so committed to this that our 'People Promise' sets out how you can expect us to support you at every step of your application and your career with us. Whether that's your career development and progression, your physical, mental or financial wellbeing, and recognising (and rewarding) a job well done.
