If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy solving complex payroll challenges and want to play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, this could be your next move.

As a Payroll Advisor, you'll be part of a well-established team responsible for processing payroll for over 20,000 crew members every fortnight, plus two monthly payrolls for our salaried staff. You'll be involved in everything from running payroll cycles and resolving queries to supporting system implementations and shaping future processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and execute accurate, timely payroll for both fortnightly and monthly cycles
  • Resolve payroll queries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including our transition to Zellis ResourceLink
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet department-wide goals

  • Assist with year-end processing, reporting, and compliance

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in full end-to-end payroll
  • CIPP qualification (or working towards it)
  • Strong grasp of UK payroll and pension legislation

  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Zellis HCM ResourceLink is a plus
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, RRS, PowerBI, or system implementation is advantageous

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and cash allowance
