Preconstruction Manager
to join our
Building Solutions South
team based in
London/South

Location:
London/South

Hours:
40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired

What will you be responsible for?
As a
Preconstruction Manager
, you'll be working within the
Building Solutions South
team, supporting them in leading preconstruction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
  • Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
  • Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team

  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership
  • You have experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20m
