Location: London
Contract: Contract to Permanent
Pay: Competitive Day-Rate (£225 p/d) / Salary

About the Company:
Nuway Construction is a family-run main contractor delivering high spec renovation projects to residential and commercial clients, primarily in central London. We work with architects, structural engineers, and property management clients to deliver high quality, high spec construction projects.
The Role:
The Site Manager / Working Foreman will be required to:
- Follow and implement Drawings, Schedules, Scope of Works, and Programme.
- Lead the team - execute the plan as efficiently as possible
- Proactively plan and manage resources for the days and weeks ahead.
- Safely supervise subcontractors involved in all fit-out and construction activities.
- Work closely with team to pre-empt deliveries and subcontractor activities.
- Solve problems and communicate issues that may arise during programme.
- Effectively identify change requests, variations, and work with team to execute.
- Communicate daily with PM, QS and Subcontractors
- Contribute to weekly site meetings, with management and client representatives (typically architect, interior designers).
- See project through to completion with high quality workmanship, minimising snags and resolving with precision.

Key Requirements (Professional):
- 5-10 years' experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years' experience as Assistant or Site Manager
- CSCS and SMSTS qualified (or equivalent) (Essential)
- Organised (especially in site admin; Daily / Weekly Diary)
- Timekeeping (opening site 8am, closing end of day 4:30pm)
- Commercially sensitive (minimising risk)
- Fluent using technology and software (Microsoft Projects, Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
