Music Publishing Partnerships Specialist – EMEA

London (Hybrid – Brock Street)

12-month contract | Full-time (40 hours/week)

Starting at £30.29/hour (Inside IR35)

Are you passionate about music publishing and digital platforms? This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of music and technology, supporting strategic relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with music publishing partners across EMEA
  • Coordinating marketing and promotional activities with key partners
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Communicating updates and changes to external stakeholders
  • Creating reports and presentations based on music usage and engagement data
  • Organising publishing and songwriter-focused events
  • Identifying trends and contributing to creative proposals and campaigns

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital music, ideally within music publishing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in representing the brand externally
  • Ability to work with data, reports, and performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of the music partnership landscape and social media platforms
  • Organised, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bonus: Experience in music licensing, marketing campaigns, or fluency in a second European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
