About The Role
We are now looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Sportable Manufacturing/Supply Chain team.

The role will report to the Supply Chain Manager but will interact with all members of the Client Delivery team. Additional support for NPD & NPI will only be authorised where bandwidth allows and will be agreed upon by both Manufacturing and Client Delivery managers.

The role will expose the successful candidate to Sportable manufacturing, the downstream supply chain and client delivery processes.

Responsibilities
Downstream Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitoring and reporting stock levels at headquarters.
  • Coordinating shipments, including picking and packing.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries from the supply chain with efficient storage and stock level controls
  • Coordinate the updates of software and firmware versions on new hardware, ensuring HW is adequately tested prior to distribution.
  • Prepare and package the outbound equipment for match delivery, customer success, training sessions and customer demos to service global requirements
  • Co-ordinate live equipment inventories (status, location, assignee, software version, firmware version)
  • Re-flashing devices as required.

Field Delivery Operations subject to availability and sign off

  • Supporting client delivery teams with the execution of on-site matchdays, site visits or remote technical support as well as on-field data collection and product testing support.

NPD/NPI Support subject to availability and sign off

  • Providing general support to the hardware team in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Conducting electronic testing for PCBA and box build.
  • Performing hardware triage, categorizing issues, and carrying out first-level rework (e.g., screen replacements or hard resets).
  • Assisting in mechanical assembly, final assembly, and box build
