We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based at our The Wellington Hospital. This role is vital in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital.

What You'll Do
- To work as a part of Supply Chain team supporting needs of the wards along with the wider Supply Chain team
- To manage goods Inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the Hospital and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments
- To receive, check and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations. Identify and report discrepancies as appropriate
- To perform cycle count for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level
- Liaise with vendors and ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries
- To assist with the monthly high cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts and annual stock take
What You'll Bring
- Previous Materials experience is essential, ideally within a hospital environment
- Good Communication skills
- Basic IT Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams
