Role Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator at
Nscale
plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across the end-to-end deployment supply chain for our high-performance GPU and AI infrastructure. Reporting directly to the
Deployment Supply Chain Manager
, this role is responsible for maintaining high-accuracy transactional data, ensuring visibility into supplier and logistics commitments, and supporting the smooth flow of hardware into deployment.

You will be the backbone of supply chain execution—ensuring that purchase orders, shipments, and vendor commitments are meticulously tracked, documented, and communicated across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transactional Management: Process, monitor, and update all POs, quotes,and supplier commitments in shared systems, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Visibility & Tracking: Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to provide real-time status on supplier commitments, PO/quote status, item details, and shipment progress across deployment projects.
  • Operational Follow-up: Conduct daily follow-up with suppliers and logistics providers via phone and email to confirm expected and actual arrival dates, proactively resolving and escalating delays or discrepancies.
  • Documentation Control: Meticulously collect, match, and archive all critical documentation (e.g., Proof of Delivery (PODs), customer invoices, shipment papers) in project folders for auditing purposes.
  • Reporting &Improvement: Assist in monthly reporting of key metrics (e.g. on-time delivery, open issues) and support the manager in setting up and improving core supply chain processes (e.g., tracking, escalation workflows).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure aligned schedules and accurate information flow.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field,along with 1-2 years of professional experience in a high-volume operational or supply chain role.
  • Data Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for reporting, tracking, and dashboard maintenance. Foundational skills in basic data analytics for interpreting performance reports.
  • Administrative Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capability for maintaining clean, auditable records.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and strong follow-up skills essential for vendor and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Familiarity (Preferred): Awareness of logistics/shipment tracking terminology; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; basic understanding of automation (e.g., auto-emailing concepts).
  • Mindset: Proactive, able to spot issues, prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment, and escalate appropriately.
