Residential Support Worker- Change Lives, Build Future

Location: Northampton (NN4)

Provision: Children's Home

Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Trauma, Attachment Issues, ADHD, and Autism

Salary & Working Hours

  • Sleep-ins: Average 4 sleeps per month, paid at £50 per sleep
  • Alternate Weekends
  • Potential Earnings: Up to £33,000 per year (including sleep-ins)

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social/Children's Care, or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment difficulties, ADHD, or autism.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum Age: 21 (due to children's workforce regulations).
