Children’s Senior Residential Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Children’s Senior Residential Support Worker to join an organisation based in Northampton to provide support to Children and Young People. The role involves meeting the practical and emotional needs of the children, assistingwith meal preparation, domestic duties and facilitating community based activities. You will supervise and lead the team of residential support workers, ensuring the needs of the children are being met.This is a full time position working 39 hours per week,which will include weekend and sleep in shifts.Your hours will be on a rota basis, therefore you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
