We are Children & Adolescents Placement Provisions and we are in search of Senior Residential Support Workers to join us working on our two Children's Homes in Northampton.

We are keen to here from you if you have worked in a Children's Home previously / currently and can help add value to our amazing team. You will be an asset to our organisation, forming part of the senior team, contributing to ideas and directly making a difference to the lives of the children we care for and support.

You will have knowledge of the quality standards and experience of implementing them in practice. If you are successful in joining our team, you will be guided by our registered manager among further support from other experienced team members. You will be familiar with mentoring less senior staff and taking a 'hands-on' approach working on the front line whilst also undertaking senior responsibilities. It is essential that you have experience working in a fast pace environment and you are experienced working in this field.

Usually we require:

a) a degree in Social Work or Psychology (or related field) or a Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce with, and 2 years' experience working as a residential support worker; or

b) working towards a relevant degree or a Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce, and 1 years experience working as a senior support worker

The successful candidates will also be provided the opportunity to undertake training and continuous professional development opportunities.
