- Support the children with their daily routine needs
- Create a homely environment in which the children can be nurtured and thrive.
- Ensuring all the care and relevant plans are followed and met for each individual child.
- Taking them to school, appointments, or contact
- Ensure Emotional and Physical needs are met and facilitated
- Have good Communication and Listening Skills
- Ability to deal with difficult, challenging, and demanding situations on a one-to-one basis or as a member of a team
