A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Programme Director to lead a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This high-profile, multi-year programme requires strong strategic and delivery leadership across a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end to end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and boards to align outcomes with business strategy.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, contracts, and performance.
  • Ensure robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Promote change adoption and deliver sustainable, compliant solutions across regions.

Skillset & Requirements:

  • Must come from a finance background, with a deep understanding of finance processes and how they translate into SAP design.
  • Must have led more than one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation within a complex and regulated environment.
  • Strong functional and technical SAP experience, including migration, integration and deployment experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage at board and executive level, managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent Finance leadership experience is highly advantageous.
