Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand the organisation's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

Experience

  • Proven track record in business development or sales roles within relevant industries.
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms to manage client relationships and sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders confidently.
