Business Development Manager | Uxbridge, Hybrid Base salary: £75k Edison Smart is partnered with a global leader within the digital security and IoT solutions industry who is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Define and execute business development strategies to expand IoT Connectivity and Track & Trace presence in Northern Europe. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in logistics, telecoms, and IoT-driven enterprises. Effectively showcase and explain IoT connectivity solutions, eSIM technology, asset tracking, telematics, and sophisticated track & trace platforms in a clear, business-focused manner. Monitor industry trends, analyse competitive dynamics, and identify new opportunities for growth in supply chain, logistics, and telecoms sectors. Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting. Requirements Demonstrated track record in driving growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales objectives in IoT, telecommunications, logistics, or tracking and traceability solutions. Extensive understanding of mobile connectivity, SIM and eSIM solutions, IoT platforms, with preferred experience in asset tracking and telematics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
