An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Senior Substance Misuse Practitioner for ReFRESH, Young Peoples Substance Misuse Service.

In this role you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Early Intervention workstream within the ReFRESH Team. This workstream includes providing effective and supportive supervision to Engagement and Recovery Workers, the Early Intervention Practitioners and the Training and Brief Intervention Practitioner.

You will be expected to chair Case Review Meetings and Recovery, Engagement and Training meetings as well as ensuring the quality assurances practices in the service are being followed by completing effective assessment and closure authorisation as well as full case file audits.

You will support the Service Manager in the continued strategic development of ReFRESH through prioritised workstreams to meet the needs of the service and offer peer support to the Senior Substance Misuse Practitioner responsible for the Treatment workstream.

You will also deputise for the ReFRESH Service Manager, where the need arises.
