Job Description
As the COS Learning and Development Trainer (AI) you will oversee the creation and development of the training framework connected to the upskilling of COS colleagues around AI.
You will embed the Group AI learning offer across COS, setting plans, building networks and co-ordinating sessions for relevant stakeholders across both office and store persona.
What you will do:
- Securing that we meet our upskilling promise towards COS colleagues connected to their confidence in working with the AI tools provided by the company
- Building a robust framework utilising the Group materials and processes through which colleagues can gain foundational skills and feed their curiosity through both live and online training sessions.
- Embedding AI upskilling into the employee life cycle for all relevant colleagues within COS
- Based in the Learning and Development team supporting COS colleagues both in store and within Head Office
- Partnering with the Group AI Academy regularly to be updated on the latest learning offers, joining their sessions and understanding how they should be embedded into the COS upskilling plan.
- Support the agenda of the Business Development team responsible to embed AI and leverage it's benefits across COS – ensuring we can deliver the relevant trainings to meet their timeline and plans
- Facilitating learning sessions for colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Partner with Communications to secure colleague awareness of the plans you set, to drive engagement and successful uptake of the learning offer.

What you need to succeed

- AI Specialist : Demonstrated experience in AI with a strong foundational understanding of core concepts, technologies, and applications.
- Advocate and Early Adopter of AI : Passionate about AI and its potential; actively promotes AI literacy and skill development across COS colleagues.
- Continuous Learner and Network Builder : Proactively upskills to stay ahead of emerging trends, leveraging both internal and external networks to share insights and best practices.
- Strong Organisational and Coordination Skills: Skilled in planning and executing events, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with overall project goals and follow-up activities.
- Influential and Motivational Leadership: Able to inspire and engage colleagues in AI initiatives, working through a network of AI Champions to drive participation and enthusiasm.
- Values-Driven Contributor : Consistently embodies and promotes COS values in all interactions, serving as a role model within the organization.
- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration : Builds strong relationships and fosters collaboration through clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
This is a Full time Tempoary contract ( 6 Months) based at our Head Office in London.
