Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Finance & Administration Assistant to support our Marketing and Finance teams. This role will primarily focus on accounts payable processes, marketing administration, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of financial records. The ideal candidate is organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What the role includes

Accounts Payable

  • Process and code vendor invoices related to marketing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice approvals and payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit readiness.

Marketing Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including purchase order tracking, budget monitoring, and expense reporting.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts, subscriptions, and marketing spend documentation.
  • Support campaign reporting and cost tracking.

Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Reconcile monthly statements and prepare summaries for review.
  • Assist in preparing reports on marketing spend and financial performance.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on budgets and forecasts.
