Highly organised marketing & administration assistant required to join this growing interiors brand.

The Company
Founded by architects, this British company is multi-award winning and creates beautiful bespoke kitchens and furniture. Every project is made to measure and produced in their state of the art manufacturing facility in England.

THE ROLE
Proactive and highly organised, you will be primarily supporting the marketing department with a strong focus on marketing activity and events. In addition you will also be supporting other areas of the business on administrative tasks and event organisation. In more detail, you will be involved in:-

Marketing & Digital Content

  • supporting the team with content creation using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator software for social media channels, website etc
  • supporting with social media content, scheduling and reporting
  • assisting with website updates - including uploading blogs, resizing imagery etc
  • overseeing distribution and circulation of marketing materials across all showrooms

Administrative support

  • handling postal brochure distribution
  • managing general inboxes, assigning leads and forwarding aftercare queries
  • organising internal social events and the company annual strategy meeting
  • creating artwork for monthly company and factory newsletters

Event support

  • coordinating showroom and external event preparation
  • managing event logistics
  • attending events as brand ambassador

This role is based in Central London and requires full time attendance in the office.

YOU
We're looking for someone with the following profile:-

  • some previous marketing experience
  • excellent IT skills
  • experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar image and video softwares
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • great attention to detail

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
