We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the distribution activities of our UCITS and AIF funds. The role involves assisting senior members of the team with coordination, data management, and client-related tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the asset management industry and develop a strong understanding of fund distribution across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the distribution team in their daily activities related to UCITS and AIF products.
  • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, databases, and reports on sales and client activities.
  • Help coordinate meetings, client visits, and marketing events in the UK and abroad.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, client materials, and marketing documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, compliance, product) to ensure smooth delivery of fund-related information.
  • Conduct basic research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to senior team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in economics, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Strong command of Excel and good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
  • Interest in financial markets and asset management.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
