We are looking for a strong FP&A manager to play a fundamental role in the integration, ensuring continuity of management reporting throughout the period of change. The role will report directly to the Financial Control and FP&A Director.

The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, reporting activities, and coordinating the strategy process. This role will involve ensuring we are ready to integrate into the new parent company, implementing new management reporting processes and systems to allow us to operate in a stand alone environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance and support decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Implementing a new robust management reporting process
  • Responsible for overseeing the Preparation and consolidation of reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial guidelines and accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance to the two FP&A analysts sitting within the Business units, ensuring consistent processes, timelines and ways of working.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee development of data modelling templates and financial analysis and insight to the Group / Business to drive financial outcomes regarding revenue and margin growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Senior Management to provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance for decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and guidance to support business growth, process optimisation, and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities, streamline processes, and improve data integrity and accuracy.
  • Embed a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement for all the services delivered by the FP&A team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to financial planning and analysis.
  • Providing financial insight to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals by establishing a business partnering approach
  • Develop a strong cash focus and understanding of key drivers.

What we are looking for

  • Strong FP&A experience
  • Proven ability of implementing FP&A systems and Management reporting
  • Experience in positions with responsibilities for financial planning, analysis, strategy development, business unit controllership and corporate finance
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
