FP&A Transformation Manager | Global Luxury & Consumer Brand | £80,000 + Bonus | London (Hybrid, 3 days office)

JasperRose is partnering with a globally recognised luxury & consumer brand to recruit an FP&A Transformation Manager on a 12-month contract. This role sits within the organisation's global headquarters in Central London and has been created to support a major transformation programme within Group Finance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known, internationally established brand at a pivotal moment, where you will help deliver a global cash flow forecasting transformation across more than 200 entities worldwide. You will be at the centre of a programme focused on standardising processes, improving financial performance visibility, and embedding a new forecasting tool across the group.

Sitting within the Global FP&A function, this role plays a key part in driving both the rollout phase and the long-term BAU operations, while also helping build internal capability and reducing reliance on external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the next phase of the global cash flow forecasting tool rollout across multiple international entities.
  • Oversee data migration, UAT, onboarding and training.
  • Manage risks, timelines and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Tech and external partners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for global finance users, resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Monitor data quality, process compliance and system adoption across 200+ entities.
  • Manage user access, enhancements and coordination with IT on incidents and maintenance.
  • Embed long-term in-house expertise by driving knowledge transfer from consultants.
  • Develop training guides, deliver user training and maintain all process documentation.
  • Identify pain points, drive efficiencies and champion standardised forecasting processes.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with data validation, reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Ensure alignment between cash flow forecasts and wider management reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in FP&A, management reporting, finance transformation, or financial systems.
  • Strong project management capability with a track record delivering multi-entity or global finance initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with external consultants and managing end-to-end knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency with finance technology tools (e.g., planning tools such as Planning Analytics, ERPs, data quality processes).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence influencing across Finance, Technology, and global teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in international or global environments is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change, embed new processes, and champion best practice.
