As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.
We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.
THE GIG
The Brand Presentation Lead is the key driver of our premium retail experience strategy in EMEA. They will personally lead the visual set-up of our new stores and SIS's, ensuring they open to the highest visual standards whilst balancing commercial and brand objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident trainer and thrive seeing others develop. You will be passionate about retail and have an in-depth understanding of our customers and the premium consumer journey in our stores. You are an experienced Visual Merchandiser who always works with a strong attention to detail. - You will be responsible for managing the brand presentation training budget, with strategic investments in high-quality video production and printed coaching materials to elevate in-store execution
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Spending approximately 60% of your time in the field, you will play a hands-on role in delivering premium product presentation across our key city store network
- You will take part in the execution of monthly campaign launches in London, including overnight installations, ensuring flawless rollouts that reflect our elevated brand positioning
- During our key seasonal product launches, you will also support the wholesale team with showroom presentation and visual set-ups, maintaining consistency across all channels
DTC EXPANSION
- You will oversee the visual planning process for all new openings and refits, ensuring designs, layouts and campaign touchpoints adhere to the product presentation guidelines
- On-site during set-up, you will guide teams through a best-practice approach to VM, ensuring a strong and consistent launch experience
- You will design and deliver a tailored VM training programme during set-up week to ensure store teams are fully equipped and confident
- You will create an opening presentation for all new sites to cascade with EMEA + relevant global teams
