Myn is an AI driven network that connects the candidates, clients, and recruiters. Myn collaborates with leading employers to offer exclusive, carefully matched contract and permanent positions and recruiters to help them scale their business.

Myn is seeking a Business Development Executive to help scale our network of independent recruiters and increase sales of our self-service recruitment platform.

The ideal candidate will have business development experience working in the recruitment industry or have sold into Recruitment Business Owners or Talent Acquisition Managers.

This is not a static position and is not account management focused. This role bridges sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our platform becomes the go-to solution for employers and recruiters in the UK initially, but with focus on EMEA and North America in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with recruitment business owners and talent acquisition leaders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new features or services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly growth targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • One years' experience working in a business development in the recruitment industry
  • Experience delivering products demos to clients
  • Experience leveraging social channels to generate Leads - (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Experience using HubSpot from a lead generation perspective
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to client
  • Superior communication skills
