- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Functional Skills English.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications and improving their confidence in English.
- Prepare learners for exams and assess progress throughout the course.
- Maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience teaching Functional Skills English (essential).
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CELTA, DET, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their goals.
