Job Description
The Contracts Manager is a key member of the legal function, responsible for overseeing customer contracts and, where applicable, subcontracts. This role involves resolving contractual issues in line with internal policies and procedures, and contributing to strategic contract-level delivery to support the broader business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer contracting process across all service areas.
- Review and assess liabilities and key contractual issues, providing expert advice to senior leadership and assisting with negotiation of terms and conditions.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc contract reports to monitor active and expiring agreements, escalation opportunities, and ownership assignments.
- Maintain and manage contract records within relevant databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training and workshops related to contracting standards and processes.
- Oversee onboarding and compliance checks (KYC/AML) for customers and business partners.
