Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
candidate to join our team to help drive the success of HR & Payroll systems.

You'll be joining a talented internal technology team responsible for designing, delivering, and managing key business applications that support thousands of employees across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

As the
Functional Consultant
, you'll take ownership of the HR & Payroll solution — ensuring it's robust, compliant, and delivering the best possible colleague experience.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to continuously improve and optimise processes.

Day-to-day, you'll:

Oversee product design for HR & Payroll processes, ensuring alignment with best practice and compliance

Act as a bridge between end users and technical teams, translating business needs into functional solutions

Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting requirements

Partner with SMEs and vendors to share knowledge and deliver improvements

Lead and support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong understanding of HR & Payroll business processes
  • Deep knowledge of
    Oracle HR & Payroll
    (configuration experience required)
  • Exposure to related modules such as Recruitment, Talent, Compensation, and Helpdesk
  • 5+ years' experience in implementations or functional support
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Relevant certifications (nice to have)
