We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a next-generation Wealth Management platform, built on Temenos (core/back end) and Backbase (digital/front end). The successful candidate will oversee complex, multi-stream initiatives integrating front-end client experiences with back-end banking operations, ensuring seamless delivery across technology, operations, compliance, and business teams.

This role requires a deep understanding of both wealth management business processes and banking technology ecosystems, particularly with Temenos and Backbase implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Own end-to-end program delivery for wealth management initiatives leveraging Temenos and Backbase platforms.
  • Planning & Governance: Define program scope, milestones, budgets, timelines, and KPIs; establish and maintain governance frameworks.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration between Backbase front-end digital channels and Temenos core banking modules (including portfolio management, client onboarding, CRM, and payments).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the bridge between business, technology, vendors, and executive sponsors—translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage vendor relationships (Temenos, Backbase, and system integrators) to ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks proactively.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet regulatory requirements and align with wealth management best practices and data security standards.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives related to system adoption, user training, and process alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in program or project management within financial services, with at least 3+ years working directly on Temenos and/or Backbase implementations.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, client lifecycle management, and advisory processes.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Deep knowledge of Temenos specific to wealth management
  • Hands-on exposure to Backbase Digital Platform (customer journeys, UX flows, integration layer).
  • Methodologies: Skilled in Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple vendors, and complex delivery streams.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
