You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiative and business excellence programs. Partner with senior leadership team members to provide data driven decisions using analytical skills and business acumen. Proven experience as a strategy consultant/management consultant/ Program Manager or similar role, in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools. Hands-on experience with financial/capacity/business case modelling Experience with Visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau is a plus Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. *Please note: We are unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization support for this role.
