Our brands connect the major players in both MICE and leisure travel through one-to-one meetings, inspirational social events, education, and destination discovery activities. Our suppliers and exhibitors are ground-breaking hotels, venues, and destinations in the events and hospitality industry who want to reach the world's most respected event planners and travel designers.

Our Future Talent opportunity is designed for individuals who feel aligned with our mission and are excited about the possibility of joining M&I. - Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
