Sales & Customer Service Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Redbrick Mill (Batley) & Vale Bridgecraft (Halifax)
Salary: £26,000 per annum + 1.5% commission
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team — a hands-on, customer-focused role that bridges our Redbrick showroom and factory operations. You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping to deliver an exceptional experience from enquiry to delivery.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Redbrick Showroom Manager and the wider Zofa and factory teams to ensure customers receive the highest standard of service before and after their purchase.
This is a hybrid role, combining showroom sales and customer interaction with order management and service coordination across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, professional communication.
- Coordinate order progress from deposit to delivery, liaising with the factory, logistics, and suppliers.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding lead times and delivery schedules.
- Handle aftersales queries, including replacements and service requests, in a prompt and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate order and service records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
Sales & Showroom Support
- Welcome and assist customers in the Redbrick showroom, guiding them through fabric and style options.
- Support with quotes, order forms, and follow-up communication to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure marketing materials and displays are up to date.
- Assist with in-store events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordination & Systems
- Work between the Redbrick and the factory to ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Use digital tools to manage orders, update spreadsheets, and monitor workflow.
- Provide administrative support and reporting to management when required.
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and experience.
About You
- Previous experience in retail, interiors, or customer service (ideally furniture or homeware).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using IT systems and tools – proficient with email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM/order management systems.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy.
- Positive, proactive, and comfortable working across two sites as part of a small, growing team.
- A genuine interest in interiors and creating an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Get

Working Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Includes weekend work on a rota basis (with weekdays off in lieu)
- Based primarily at Redbrick Mill, with regular days at Vale Bridgecraft (West Yorkshire) and occasional flexibility to work remotely for customer service or admin tasks.
