In this role, you will lead the development of intelligent AI agents designed to transform workflows and create seamless, efficient experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to envision, build, and iterate on products that automate complex processes while remaining empathetic to user needs. The position combines strategic product ownership, technical acumen, and customer insight to drive innovation in a fast-moving environment. You will act as the voice of your product, translating user research into actionable roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable impact. Accountabilities:
• Build and guide the development of intelligent conversational AI agents to automate complex workflows.
• Combine user empathy with product strategy to define features, flows, and roadmaps.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve agent interactions and overall product experience.
• Align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Define measurable metrics, run feedback loops, and iterate on product features to maximize impact.
• Serve as the voice of the product area, inspiring team members and stakeholders with clear storytelling and strategic vision.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, technically sound, and user-centric.
• Proven experience in product management for SaaS or B2B products.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI and AI agents capable of autonomous or semi-autonomous execution.
• Strong technical understanding of AI agent design and system interactions.
• Skilled at stakeholder management across leadership, partners, and go-to-market teams.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, experience design, and conversion metrics.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Empathy, active listening, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.
